Today we are very excited to share with you the news that our project Casa O (Designed as part of CAPALab), a social project which seeks to benefit and help in a sustinable and smart way the affected families by Hurricane Odile in Los Cabos, has started construction!
The first house (of we hope many) just broke ground today in Cabo San Lucas, with the prescence of our first “client” Juan and his wife, the local press, neighbors, and of course the great team and benefactors of Cabo Hurricane Fund who helped us to materialize this dream project for the sustainable development of the Los Cabos population.
Casa O aims to be a sustainable, and prone to smart growth, housing prototype. The project base its design in the utilization of rammed earth, a simple, cheap and smart material for the region of Los Cabos. We are really excited for the start of this project and we will keep you posted with its process and development, here are some photos of today on site
